Now that it’s summer time I’ve had so much more time to make things! This outfit outfit has a few items I’ve been wanting to make for awhile but couldn’t find the time for during the semester~

A cutout denim jacket was at the top of my list! Ever since I saw this photo on tumblr I knew I had to make one. Now that I take a second look at the photo I realize that they used clear vinyl in the cutouts, whoops. But I still like my version without anything in the cutouts so it’s okay~
The jacket was $4 or $5 from the thrift store and I bleached it to a much lighter color. The silver studs are from Hobby Lobby and the pink studs are from a belt my parents got me. :D I also stitched around the cutouts so that it wouldn’t stretch too much, and to keep the fraying from going too far. Here’s a detail shot…

I also studded the collar to match the back. c; And I clipped my sassyNpunk bat hairclip, haha.

Another thing I’ve been dying to make is a high-waisted circle skirt! I used some rainbow metallic spiderwed fabric I got during last Halloween season. I’m so in love with that fabric~~

And finally, I made a ton of hair bows out of the same fabric. I kept a couple for myself and the rest are up for sale in my etsy shop. c;
Oh, and that mini-project I mentioned a couple days ago? I took some ceiling paint we had and painted 2/3 of one of my room walls with it. I have 4 different colored walls in my room and they are all reflective, so the white gives me a nice non-reflective background for photos. :] Ahh, the things my parents let me do… ♥

My outfit from earlier this week when I went out with my mom, aunt and dad. :]
Here are the different parts~
Handmade laser cat crop top
DIY painted and rhinestoned shoes
American Apparel skirt (a gift from my mother, I would never spend that much on a skirt myself *o* )
DIY studded headband
Hope everyone is having a lovely summer so far, or that you get to start yours soon (if you’re still in school)! ♥

The evening I got back from Boston my parents had a little (awesome) surprise for me! My mom found these belts for $4 each at a rue21 store, and knew I’d be able to take the studs off and repurpose them.
We counted the studs on one of the belts and there were at least 150! $4 for that many colored studs is a steal, considering there is no shipping fee too. My parents are always thinking of me, I love them so much~ c;
They even helped me take a lot of the studs off, it was a team effort~~

p.s. I was even able to keep the glitter belt because you can’t see the stud holes through the glitter. ;p

My outfit yesterday~~ I think I’ve finally got my vest to a point I’m happy with. :D It used to look like this:

After a couple bleachings, dyeing, studding, un-studding and re-studding before it turned into what it is now. The patch on the back is a test print of my latest shirt design, Glitch Moon. :] I think you will see me wearing this vest really often now..
The bodysuit was thrifted while shopping with Eva for $2.50, shorts were $4, hairclip was made by Eva (I think she has some in her etsy shop too :D ) and leggings were a gift from my parents from Black Milk.

Do you know what else I’m happy about? Having a boyfriend who can take photos for me, haha… ;p
Only question is.. is this really how short I look to him??… :c

Just finished these necklaces!
I’ve been wanting to make bow necklaces for a very long time, and I only realized a couple days ago that I could make them out of my bone bows. Took me awhile to figure that out oops.. :p
I only made two of them so far and they are for sale in my etsy shop. :]

I carved a bone stamp last night while rewatching dirty dancing and made some hair clips with it today. c; It was also a chance to use the studs my parents got me for christmas~~
My hair is so pink right now. D: Hopefully it fades soon so that I can turn it lavender..
Available on etsy :]
