Remember when I made the resolution to not make any online purchases? A few weeks ago I caved and bought a wig for $18 off ebay… it finally arrived this weekend..
Last night we had board game night, but before any of that happened my friends posed Michael and me for this photo. I felt so gross sitting like that… hahaha ;p
Laser cat shirt was from Melissa a while back~~

Over winter break I spoiled myself with two main purchases: batpack and these pleather shorts from h&m. I got both of them while shopping with Melissa, haha..
Leather/pleather shorts had been something I was wanting for awhile. I tried on two pairs; one from forever21 and this pair from h&m. The forever21 pair wasn’t nearly as well-made, and the fit wasn’t that good either.. they were only $5 cheaper than the h&m pair so I went with those instead.
Hand screenprinted Sin Kitten crop tops are available in my etsy shop! c;

Still trying to figure out on what occasion I should wear them.. I feel like they aren’t quite right for class (at least not with this outfit?). But I love them so muchh~

Toast joined me for a photo. :D He’s so huge… and supposed to keep growing too! D;

Should I get these platform boots?? The listing ends tonight and they are only $13, which includes shipping..
I figure I will decorate/paint/glue shit on the heels if I got them. But the question is.. when would I ever wear them? :p For a couple photoshoots? Maybe an event or party in the future.. is it worth the price?

It’s taken me a couple weeks but here it is: the fabric I got in LA two weeks ago. :]] Yumeninja and Cateaclysmic suggested I visit the fashion and garment district while I was there and I must thank them very much, it was exactly what I was looking for!

Soo much fabric that I would never be able to get around Chicago, and clothing-wise it was like everything I’ve seen online and been wanting for the past six months (and affordable too!). ;p

I got five different fabrics. From left to right, top-down:

  1. light green spandex with a silver skelton design on it. *o* (1 yard)
  2. space/planet print spandex (1 yard)
  3. Galaxy chiffon!! (almost 5 yards, I bargained on it haha..) I’m going to be making a couple of crop tops for sale to make up for the cost of this one.. :p
  4. blue metallic spandex, the photo didn’t turn out very well (1 yard)
  5. fuzzy neon green zebra print spandex with glitter (1 yard)

Not exactly sure what I’m going to do with all of these yet. For the spandex fabrics I will probably make leggings or bodysuits, though I’m not sure if they are for myself or for sale yet. ;p At least I will have plenty to do this winter~

I finally got my boots today! :]]
When it was raining about a month ago I noticed that my old boots were no longer waterproof. :c There are cracks in the material where the water can seep through:

As much as I loved those boots I knew it was time to get a new pair for the coming (already here) terrible weather. They were super cheap and I’ve worn them very often for the past two years (even in the summerr).
I could not justify spending over a hundred dollars on my dream boots (below), so I settled for these highlighter yellow boots. They were knockoffs for just about thirty dollars, and though I usually don’t like spending so much online at once, boots were something I actually needed for a practical reason.
Oh, and the trick to finding knock-off dock martens on ebay is to search “martin boots.” ;p Of course they probably aren’t anywhere near the same quality, but you can also get 3.5 pairs for the price of one doc marten pair..

(my dream boots/shoes ^^^ )
It was raining so much this past week and my feet got soaked since I was still wearing my old boots. :p So happy and excited to wear my new boots~~
