Over winter break I spoiled myself with two main purchases: batpack and these pleather shorts from h&m. I got both of them while shopping with Melissa, haha..

Leather/pleather shorts had been something I was wanting for awhile. I tried on two pairs; one from forever21 and this pair from h&m. The forever21 pair wasn’t nearly as well-made, and the fit wasn’t that good either.. they were only $5 cheaper than the h&m pair so I went with those instead.

Still trying to figure out on what occasion I should wear them.. I feel like they aren’t quite right for class (at least not with this outfit?). But I love them so muchh~

Sorry for looking so tired, I have no idea why I decided to wake up at 6am today..

Bone design was drawn on the $20 jacket from LA using Sharpie Oil Paint Pens (another photo here~), necklace was bargained down at Target because the glow paint had peeled off in store (yay!).

Currently eating my packed sandwich and waiting for my next class. It goes from 5pm-7:40pm. I also just signed up for a class that goes from 2-3:40pm on the same days..not sure if I can handle it all yet..

But anyway, here’s a photo of today’s outfit. :]

I never posted my new year’s eve outfit because.. I felt so guilty about owning black milk leggings. ^^; (more info on how I got them in this post~) The dress was thrifted for $2.50 and I altered it to fit slightly better. The shrug I got years ago at forever21 for $4. :]

Also I was disappointed in myself for pairing them with my (knock-off) jeffrey campbells. I felt like I should have at least tried to be more original somehow. :p But there’s a reason people do it all the time, they just look so nice together… Also I didn’t have any other black shoes with me at my family’s house. ;p

New year’s eve was so much fun! I went to a party in Chicago with my friend Matt, and got to see so many people I knew, but didn’t realize would be there (like this Matt!)!

Close up of hair and makeup (can you believe I’m wearing makeup??).. awkward smile oops. :p Necklace was another christmas gift from my parents, from etsy seller artalot. I love the moon~ The hairbow was made by my twin Evaa. c;

I decided that I want to dress up every day I go out for class, even if I only have one class that day. Let’s see how long this lasts.. :p

I studded my doc martens!! c; My parents got me them for christmas this year because the super-cheap boots I bought for myself earlier this year started falling apart already (the sole was glued on and was coming off after a few weeks).. I walk and bike in the rain all the time and waterproof shoes are very important. :x

Melissa gave me the hairclip last year, aren’t the colors so pretty?? She makes and sells them in her shop 8bitclassics with her boyfriend (they’re so cute, haha). The necklace I bought for myself on black friday from sassyNpunk boutique. c;

My aunt got me the shirt when she was visiting China recently. I lovee it, giant face. I also studded the shorts~

First outfit with my newly completed platforms! I have the feeling these shoes are going to be a lot of fun to match with outfits.

This outfit makes me feel like one of the dancers in the party rock anthem music video. I don’t think I mind though?..

Platforms were made by me, screenprinted Sin Kitten crop top available for sale here, jeans were $5.20 from JC Penny. And I’ve been wearing the flannel shirt, altered from forever21, for at least 4 years non-stop (you’ve probably seen it in a lot of my webcam photos, haha..).

One of my goals for 2012 is to do an outfit post at least once a week. Let’s see if it happens.. :p

Oh and before anyone asks, that is my actual room at my parents house. I painted it a bunch of colors throughout the years. ;p
