I hope everyone is having a happy Christmas (or holiday) so far! I actually don’t get to see most of my family until tomorrow, so I can’t wait until then. :]]

Here are the Christmas Eve gifts I received today.. STUDS!! My parents got me a few bags of studs, the tall heavy-duty, screw-back kind you can’t buy in stores around here. I had to try them out right away so I studded one of the only headbands I have at home. I think I got it for $0.50 at Target a few years ago?

Ideally I’d stud a black headband that blends in with my hair better, but this works more than well enough for now. c; Next in line are my backpack, my shoes, my leather jacket.. I’m going to have a lot of fun.

My aunt got me the Urban Decay pallate, even though I wasn’t able to come back home and see her last time I visited. :o The colors are gorgeous.. I’ve never really owned a nice makeup palette before, it makes me feel like such an adult, haha. ;p

Hair and makeup test.. $1.50 lipstick and free fake eyelashes from a lesson in my costume fabrication class!

So it turns out color theory wouldn’t let me turn my blue hair pink by simply adding pink dye to it. I ended up with the lavender I was trying to get, but couldn’t, about two months ago. It’s probably best if I give up the idea that I have any control in what color my hair decides to be. (Don’t get me wrong though, I still love it. :p )

You guys must all think I’m super vain. :x But I had a cat with me and having a cat with you and black lipstick means that you have to take photos, or video in this case.

Got the lipstick for $1.50 after halloween (Wet n’ wild halloween brand? Something like that..) I have no idea why I look so pale though. Actually maybe it’s the four hours of sleep I got last night (it was well worth it ;p ). But I had a nap so maybe it’s just the lighting hmm.

Brand new day tomorrow that I can hopefully make something in. :]

Did a photoshoot for a class project last night. Makeup, styling and photography are by me, model is my roommate Carolina. c;

The black detailing turned out thicker than I’d planned, but I’m still really proud of it considering how terrible I usually am with makeup. ;p

The rhinestone bone hairpiece was made by me out of foil, clay, paint and plastic rhinestones (over 300 of them I think…). I tried making the colors match the $5 sweater she’s wearing. Might upload a tutorial for the bone since I made sure to get progress photos this time. :]

I realized it’d be safer if I practiced my lady gaga makeup before this weekend since I’m usually pretty terrible with makeup (but this turned out okay I thinkk).

Sorry for posting so many photos of myself lately.. guess it’s just been an outfits and costume week. :D (I am so very very excited to dress up this weekend. and on monday.)

Trying to decide whether I’m going to wear the wig or not. I’m worried it looks too cheap and will ruin the outfit. D:

Does anyone know of any inexpensive, waterproof liquid eyeliner that I can get at a target/walgreens/walmart? My eyes water a lot and I don’t want my makeup to smudge away in the first 10 minutes.. :]
