I am jealous of your sewing skills, what would be a good way to get into sewing (clothes)?
Honestly, the best way is to just jump right in and start sewing clothes. :] I learned the most just by sewing something and making lots of mistakes. ;p
I’d recommend going to the closest fabric shop and picking a simple sewing pattern, fabric and basic supplies. The people who work there will help you figure out what you need if you’re unsure.
The only thing I’d say that’s super helpful is a sewing machine, since they make for sturdier construction. Clothes have such long seams that hand stitching would just be frustrating. They aren’t tooo expensive, I’ve seen decent machines go for as little as $70 at target and walmart. :D
