what's your opinion on long distance relationships?

Honestly, I haven’t completely decided that long distance relationships are unworkable. But I feel that, for it to be successful, it is essential that the two people know each other very well and are completely committed before trying it. And really that’s a very subjective requirement, so it’s really hard to judge.
I highly do not recommend long distance relationships as a first relationship though. People should know more about themselves and what they are looking for in a relationship before stressing themselves out with long distance.
I’ll end it there before I go on and on ;p
