Basically I felt that the term “sin” is overused and applied to way too many things, such as abortion, gender issues, sex before marriage, etc. Beyond that I even see some people term random, not even significant acts sins seemingly just because they want to belittle them. (This of course only applies to certain cases, not every person who uses the word “sin”)

I chose to overlay the words with a kitten because it seems absurd that a kitten would be in any way related to sin. I wanted to use this extreme contrast to point out the over-application of the word “sin.”

Basically it’s just a random jumble of my thoughts turned to shirt design. :p I realize that most people won’t read into the design and know my background intentions, and I also realize that it may offend some people. My hope is that nobody will take me too seriously and just see it as a cute kitten design. :]
