attempts to crack the party code, For the anon wanting a sew-free way to alter a large tee shirt, you could cut the shirt up it’s seams on the side (up to the arm pit) and then cut horizontally, so there’s lots of strips going up the side. Then tie the strips, so it looks like little bows. You can do this with the shirt inside-out if you want to just make it smaller, or right-side out if you want to see the bows. Youtube has more detailed explanations, haha :)
