1950s joni’s originals dress

I’ve never seen a fifties dress quite like this. The vest reminds me of corsets people sell at my local renaissance fair. :] Found through a google search at TimelessVixenVintage’s Etsy shop while doing my costume design project.
Love the detail in the bodice.
